About Me

I'm Kristi- an administrative support professional who excels in creating order, navigating complex systems, and using AI tools to streamline information.

Foundation

I began using modern tools seriously while independently managing a family-court appeal — a high-stakes process that required clear administration, navigation of complex procedures, large volumes of information, and carefully written submissions.

The appeal was successful.

Since then, individuals navigating separation or divorce have sought my support to navigate these systems and make clearer, more informed decisions.

In that context, I use AI as a way to decode public resources, surface relevant material, and present it clearly and effectively.

AI in Practice

To deepen my understanding of AI, I completed a micro-certificate in artificial intelligence from UBC, with a focus on its capabilities, limitations, and responsible use.

I’ve applied AI across a wide range of administrative and practical work — from grant applications and website building to learning new platforms and streamlining everyday systems.

How I Work

I work deliberately and with a clear view of the bigger picture.

Bureaucracy, process, and opaque systems are a fact of life — and I’ve learned how to move through them using the tools available to find the clearest path forward. I help others do the same.
